Extreme Veteran  348   Melbourne |  Subject: I had a baby BOY!Hi all, I finally had my baby on March 8th at 11.16pm. It was a very short 4 hour labour. I arrived at the hospital an hour and a half before he was born. I had a drug free labour and birth and walked away from it feeling pretty damn good! I really think my increased fitness level due to triathlon training helped me enormously. He is one week old and I feel better than ever! His name is Samuel Ethan and he weighed 8lb6oz - 3.8kg and looks like his big brother Jack. Needless to say - we are thrilled. Attached is a pic taken 5 mins after he was born. Thanks for all your well wishes and thoughts. Give me 6 weeks and I will be back in the game! Taking it nice and slowly and easily for a while - don't want any injuries.
