Core strength routine with a stability ball this morning. Missed my weights yesterday so hopefully I will get a chance to do them at lunch today. Also, I will be coaching volleyball this afternoon so I'll get some more activity there.

2 miles jog/walk this morning to test out the recouperating legs/joints. Did better than I thought! Some Taiji to start the blood flowing this morning and if I get my stuff done around the house tonight, I'll go for a swim.

Good Morning everyone.

Did an hour on the trainer this morning and am going to the pool over lunch.

Missed my run last night, put the twins to bed just before 9 and they finally went sleep just after 10:30, by then I was completely exhausted.  Does that count as a workout.

30 minutes swimming (1600 meters) this morning and 32 minutes of running (2.7 miles) at lunch time. Tonight I will do about 2 hours of TV watching, followed by dinner making, dinner eating, and dishwashing!
