The goal is to set training goals for the month and to stick to your training plan. The challenge, and being on a team, is an incentive to keep those goals. Doing two or more training events per session adds a bonus, but is purely optional. Since this is a monthly challenge could we convert your goals to monthly goals? Multiplying by 4 gives us 80 miles biking, 80 miles running, and 16 lifting sessions. You might want to add extra to these for the extra 3 days of May. |
