Count me in.  I will have an embarrassingly light goal as I'm traveling 3 weeks in the month and haven't figured out how to fit the bike in the carry on.  Just makes every day at home that much more important.

Count me in.

Ok I am going to try to ride 4 days a week and since there are 23 days of this challange i will ride a mile per day each time . So i will try to ride 12 sessions with a total of 276 miles.

If you ride over or more sessions how does that add into the team goals?

Somebody will have to explain how to log in everything as this is my first BT challange.

Kendall

Hi Kendall - if you go over your goals you have two options...

1 - brag about it

2 - increase your goal...

I will not be taking anything over 100% per person for this challenge so youll need to stay on track to make sure you hit your goal!

I'm in!  I have to think a bit about the goals.  Any team will be fine as long as they post about food and beer

What? No tasers?

A chatty team is preferred, but if its not I can always make it chatty

Yep. He can.... We're up to about 135 pages of "chatty" for June so far! LOL

I am in, will figure my goals out shortly.

2nd year going..

Let's see... Who do I want.

Garmin/Slipstream
Columbia/High Road
or
Astana

I also figure the winner will come from one of those three teams. Just my prediction.

I'm in, but I'm looking at some of these goals -- they seem insane!   We're only to work out the number of sessions between July 4th and 26th, right?  Not the whole month?  I'm in for 9 sessions and 152 miles.

Not to worry, they look big, but some of us commute to work by bike.  About 30 minutes each way for me, so they can each count as separate sessions.  More motivation for those Friday mornings when I'm feeling bagged and don't really want to pedal up that hill again.

Thanks Cat for setting this up. It is my all time fav Challenge of BT.

Talked to my Coach who gave me the go ahead. So here are my goals:

To ride every day the Tour riders ride = 24 days with 2 rest days
I'll ride for at least an hour. So that is 24 sessions/ for 24 hrs

As for teams: Thor Hushovd is my guy, I know he's a Sprinter and ther for won't win the GC but he'll be one to watch for the Green jersey. So I would like to be on Cervelo Test Team, if that is OK?!

Oooh ohhh, count me in!   Stages and distance are TBD.

Can some of the rides be on the trainer???

My favorite teams are Astana, Garmin/Slipstream, and Columbia/Highroad.
