I've never had a problem getting it to read properly, even on dry skin. Cheers, Chris Me too! I've never had trouble - doesn't matter what time of year or how dry/humid it is. Although my old Polar from a gazillion years ago I used to lick the sensors because it said they HAD to be wet.
