It was a photo of me riding during my most recent Ironman.

Nope, you should add in a couple of shot blox or a sandwich - otherwise you're totally going to bonk.

Hmm. I don't know that I agree with this. If you look at the KCal intake and the amount of sugar in shotblox are you really doing yourself any favors? I would say just go with two scoops of creatine and you're set.
