I will do 10 pushups X 10 sets on odd days for the first 10 days (100 every other day) 15 pushups X 10 sets on odd days for the second 10 days (150) 20 pushups X 10 sets on odd days for the last 10 days (200) Crunches: One set per hour spaced throughout the day. 10 sets x 10 crunches first 10 days on even days 10 sets of 15 crunches 2nd 10 days of even days 10 sets of 20 crunches last 10 days of even days.
