Still debating about registration. Ordinarily permits would be no problem--we have a huge running scene and several popular local OWS and tri events. But if Covid is still a thing in any significant sense, it's not gonna happen. We continue to have only virtual events up to now. About to give up on my races this summer--no one has committed yet to events scheduled for July and August. I don't mind maintaining some kind of general fitness for Oly distance and pleasure rides, but no way in h.... am I going to train for a full marathon or HIM that's not happening. If they don't commit by May, I'll assume that's the case. |
