Subject: RE: July numbersI started the month with a week of tapering, had a good 70.3, and then a few days later pulled a hamstring muscle. Running since then has been pathetic, and I've passed up a lot of biking and even some swimming in an effort to let the leg recover. I've discarded any time goals for IMC and I'm starting to wonder if I'll even be fit to start the race. I'm still hopeful, but it may be a loooong day!
