I just got my SuperiorMan report up.  We stuck around until Monday, then headed up to Lutsen for a couple nights, then down to the fair with the kiddos.

Put up another, the Dick Beardsley half marathon up in Detroit Lakes.  I put it up more as an advertisement to the rest of us than a "look at me".  That's a fun race, low key and one that everyone ought to consider.  This is our 2nd year doing it and I think I'll probably make it a yearly date night/race away from the kids.

Every time I race I think "Why am I doing this to myself?" 

Then, I am done and it feels good.  Maybe the feeling of getting to stop racing is enough...

I'm finally catching up on some race reports. After a disappointing finish to the MPLS LTF tri in July due to an ITB flare, I just never got around to filling these out for my last few races. I always find them helpful, so I'm trying to get back at it. I'll have a couple more in the next few days...
