You're going to rock Lake water is running around 71-72 degrees right now. I've been in it swimming a couple of times and it is just fine. In fact after getting used to it for a few minutes, the water feels really good. I'll probably wish I could jump back to cool off during the run. I was down there watching the tri at Presque Isle last year and I remember everyone looking really cold. Wonder what the temps were then? Good luck on Sunday! Only the half irons have been in the 90's. Oly and Sprint distance races have been "I can't feel my feet" cold. |

This should have been my third race of the year, but due to a car accident a week before what was supposed to be my second race, this is now going to be my second race this year. Finishing it will be a very sweet victory |
