Technically, I was first OA last year (5th officially but the others cut the course and did not dq themselves) and I have to defend my title. Hey, at least it's not a trail half. More importantly, I am so sorry about your loss. You've been through a lot. Hang in there. |

Sounds like you had a good experience, learned a few things, and had a good race despite not winning. Was there much opportunity to draft on the gravel portions or were you pretty much on your own? |
