Master 8249 Eugene, Oregon | Subject: RE: Manatees - 2019 Edition - Practice Maximum Enthusiasm - CLOSED Yep. I don't recall at any point during the full IM ever feeling that the event was too short. It was a good day's worth of activity, but not signing up for any event that demands multi-day sleep deprivation. |

108 Jacksonville, Florida | Subject: RE: Manatees - 2019 Edition - Practice Maximum Enthusiasm - CLOSED Originally posted by cdban66 I know I'm late replying to this, but I wanted to say thanks for all your efforts on the JoGo Challenge. While I made no progress with weight loss, it was still good to have the spreadsheet as a check in every week or so to see my progress or lack thereof. I bailed on the core challenge because something I was doing aggravated my lower back, with which I've struggled to keep spasms at bay for years. I need to figure out what I'm doing wrong and come up with a program that will strengthen my core without jacking up my back. I have a bunch of work piled up, so no replies to a few different posts her, however, I will be doing the final tally of the Jogo Challenge and consulting with my fellow judge to pick the prize winning Manatee. It should all be in today so I can finish it up on Thursday. There may be high level math and algorithms at work here, so make sure you post it all in thereĀ Thanks all! |

Master 8249 Eugene, Oregon | Subject: RE: Manatees - 2019 Edition - Practice Maximum Enthusiasm - CLOSED I'm alive, made it thru surgery okay, no sleep last night as i could feel nerve block wear off. That took almost 18 hours! Now just very sore. Trying to make it without the controlled substances. OMG. I *may* make it off the couch sometime. Attaching proof of my bionic nature. Aero, not so much. My scrawny arm is now actually the size of the buff athlete I've always wanted to be. Alas no doubt some serious shrinkage is coming!
