You can do it! Have an awesome weekend.

I did it....came inside crying, I hurt everywhere.

Way to get it done!  What determination!

It was a blast.

Congratulations!  I can't wait to see the trophy!

I saw these last year, for the age group winners, and I said to myself, "I need to get me one of those!!" Mission Accomplished.

Love the kokopelli!!! Congrats!
Sounds like everyone is having a good weekend so far!

Its 430am here on the east coast USA and I can't sleep. I bought a new car yesterday and I'm combo excited and over thinking it hoping I'm doing the right thing lol. Long story short I put on a lot of miles in a year. My car has 96k and I got it December 2009! Its been very good to me but its about to need some maintenance - timing belt etc. And of course it didn't have the bells and whistles of dh car. So we went to the dealer and the price was right. Eek!

OK I'm done

Enjoy the rest of your weekend runs, races and recoveries.

Just a little update to all of you who have been so kind with your inspires.

I haven't dropped off the earth, I'm just not logging anything because I'm officially on the DL list.  I don't know what's wrong, but my right ankle is a mess.  I've got swelling into my foot and up through my calf, and just a ton of pressure.  It sort of feels like if I could just crack it (you know, like a knuckle), it would be fine, but I can't seem to make that happen.  Totally weird because it started when I had my mileage dialed waaaay back and I didn't do anything to it acutely.  Totally confusing.

I can't get into ortho until Wednesday, but I'm going to completely chill until then.  Quite honestly, walking is difficult and it's waking me up at night.  WTF?

Switch, is it swollen? Could it be holding fluid in the joints? Sounds nasty.

Welcome training bike no2, hope she doesn't abuse you as much as she does Red Rocket. (Or was it Red Robber?)

Congratulations Felicia on your podium, nice trophy you have there.

I survived my weekend, barely, and am hobbling around the house like an old trout. Steps are a huge form of amusement to my wife and kids at the moment. I'll save the rest for the RR.

Yum...love a dirty chai.  Some friends have mentioned that a pumpkin chai is good.  I find the pumpkin spice latte to be too sweet (although I get at least one every year); I'm wondering about a dirty pumpkin chai.  It even sounds kind of dirty.
