Each team has a challenge thread already set up (which some of you have already found) and a spreadsheet linked on your thread.

You can assume that there will be additions to the teams over the next several days.

Some of you have not yet set goals. Either add them directly to you spreadsheets, or post them here so that I can put them in.

You can always increase your goals, but after the first week you can only decrease you goals for reason of illness, injury, or unexpected travel (etc) and only with permission from me or gillyfev.

Week one will run May 1-10. All other weeks will run 7 days, ending on Saturday.

As always, good natured smack talk between teams in encouraged!

Thanks, Nicole

Getting in (hopefully) at the last minute.  Goals are:

 Bike:  150 miles

 Run:   50 miles

 Swim: 15,000 yards.

It doesn't sound like much, but it's just over double my April totals for each.  Guess I'm going east coast.  Come on South!  We need enough for a team next time!  But for May, I'm a loyal east coaster (unless I get put on the central team).

Can I get in?  Northern California transplant from Texas (40 years ago).  Will go with whomever wants or needs me.  Goals for May are:

1) swim:  7300 yards

2) bike:  86 miles

3) run:  23 miles

Not huge numbers but really just trying to build a consistent base and follow the BT program.  Hope I can play....

Okay, okay, okay. Haven't missed a challenge yet ... really shouldn't start now.

I believe Southern California is West Coast. Yep, I see water out there!

Swim: 30K yards

Bike: 25 hours

Run: 55 miles

I'd like to get in. I really need to get my biking consistent. Here is my info:

Dallas, TX

30k yds swim
300 mi bike
30 mi run

I've got a sore throat that started yesterday. If it goes away quickly, I'll up my goal to 35/350/35

Hmm...I'd like to be in on this. But where should I go? I'm an expat from PA...but I love Scotland! So gilly, how about you assign me to one or the other, whatever one you choose is a-OK by me.

Lets see, why not make this easy on myself and do it round:
Swim: 15 hours
Bike: 15 hours
Run: 15 hours

Maybe this will motivate me to fix Ruby's poor back wheel.

Ack, May just sort of popped up there and forgot to check for the challenge, but count me in.  I had to bail last month so I've got a bone to pick with my ability to come through on these challenges!

I'm an East Coaster born and bred (NJ) and likely stuck here for life (MD).

My goals will be:

Swim: 10,000 yards

Bike: 10 hours

Run: 20 miles

Looking forward to it.
