ok people, don't get too excited, but I BOOKED A FLIGHT TO TAMPA for St. A's!!! WOO WOO!

I need to re-read this thread to figure out what's happening this weekend!

If anyone needs me to be their PERSONAL jockstrap, let me know. I'm all yours. This is the first time I've ever actually watched a triathlon...so I'm excited to sit back and watch all you guys work hard!

Can't wait to see you guys/meet the new folks!

Yes!! It's been a long time. We need to actually HANG OUT this time though. I won't have Barry with me so I can let loose and go crazy, lol....Poor Bridget, she's going to regret letting me stay with her!!

Yay!!  I'm so excited that we're gonna have such an awesome group!!  OK my goal for this week is to finalize the dinner thing...Banbu Grill unless anyone has any objections.  I will see if they can accomodate about 50 people and if so, I'm gonna go ahead and make a res based on the number of people I have confirmed at that point.  Look for an update by the end of the week (4/4/08) or before.  I am super excited about this!  Let's hope everything works out!!  Otherwise, if Banbu doesn't work, I'm gonna go with Carrabba's and be done with it!!

Only 4 weeks to go!!!

whoo!  Same as last year's pretty much.  Now I'm either light blue or white- depending on my weight which is teetering on the brink of 150!!  When I signed up I was well over 160, and never thought I"d get it down.  Well, guess what!  whoop!

yay me.

Hey All,

Can't wait to come over to the West coast and meet all of you! The plans sound great and we are looking for an excellent weekend. I'll be heading over from Orlando early, so I will be ready to meet up for the swim, ride and then get ready for dinner!

I PROMISE to get all the updated info on BanBu Grille to y'all tomorrow.  Just have to finalize the dinner plans and make the final res.  I've had some trouble getting the manager to call me back.  I've been persistent over the past week though.  I am hereby promising to get the info squared away TOMORROW (Thursday 4/9/08).

Well peeps, I am fearing the worst here.  I tried to call BanBu Grille FOUR TIMES yesterday and I either got a fast-busy, or "your call cannot be completed as dialed".  Have they gone out of business???  Perhaps this is why I could not get the manager to call me back or speak to me???  I'm still trying, but I'm fearing we may be in a bind.  If I can't get in touch with them over the weekend...

PLAN ON CARRABBA'S FOR THE DINNER.

They're avoiding you because they heard what happened to the LAST 2 places that hosted the BT dinner.
