There's a reason the monthly all-hands staff meeting was before the chili luncheon.

Super happy Monday morning TAN!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok - really it isn't super cold or snowing yet, so that makes for a better mood for Monday.  Hoping to get back into working out again.  Headed back to the pool and see if I can do this swimming thing again.

It's snowing hard today. Haven't yet heard thunder, but I wouldn't be surprised if it did.

Sunny here for now... but I'll be a lot happier when it's sunny and the temperature doesn't start with a minus sign.  Blargh.

"Thundersnow" is my favorite meteorological term!

Getting 6-9 inches tonight here.

We had an inch of rain overnight.  Others seem to be getting the same mass of precipitation but in fluffy white format.

I have been sick for a few days but am on the mend.  I shall go for a slow walk/jog today after lunch.

Close to record highs here today. I would complain about the much warmer and humid than usual winter in here but I would probably be lynched by the northerners if I do that.

And before you start complaining about Florida, at least we put Bieber in jail. We win!

I love Florida. It's hot, humid, and the people there are crazy.

The morning temp was over 70 this AM, so "winter" must be ending here. I still had two tropical cats under the blanket last night. Someone yesterday (a local) was relating with shock that the low was 18 C (mid-60's?) for several days in a row and that everyone in her family has been sick as a result. It's great for running and biking, but there are no heated pools here, it's been overcast a lot so solar heating is minimal, and they are now in the wetsuit-legal range!

Yes, you can hate me. But you're welcome to come here in March and April (the hottest season) and do a long brick or race with the heat index in the 110-120 range.

Hee hee, no hate! Snow is coming DOWN right now, all schools preemptively cancelled last night (but not work = pout). They're still saying 9 inches by the end of the day today. Wheee!

Funny, we also get the 110 heat indexes in the summer. We get EVERYTHING! It's kinda fun

Self professed west coast weather wimp: it was barely 40* this morning so I opted not to ride my bike to work (fighting a cold is a good excuse, right?)

I will, however, enjoy the midday temps around 55* when I go for a hilly 5-6 mile run

So much to look forward to in your part of the country this summer

Actually, I have high hopes for long bike rides. And we need to try to meet up at a race!

TAN Mini-Poll:

Who just imagined brad having a mini poll?

Who laughed at him pretending he has 9"?

What did you eat for lunch today?

TAN Mini-Poll:

Who just imagined brad having a mini poll? I didn't until you suggested it!

Who laughed at him pretending he has 9"? I laugh at most people pretending to be 9".

What did you eat for lunch today? Haven't eaten yet - it's only 11am here... but BBQ pulled pork leftovers from the Super Bowl

What did you eat for lunch today? the smallest taco salad (with no shell and no rice) ever. New guy at the Mexican cafeteria station. I asked the cashier if she was seriously going to charge me $6 for that and she took $1 off. So nice of her.
