Elite 3022 Preferably on my bike somewhere | Subject: RE: Virginia Triple Iron Just got back from the race. I paced with Gina for bike laps 15-21 - about 35miles. I left at the 28lap bottle change. She was looking strong and in good spirits. Incredible pace, and she seemed to be maintaining it. The BT support crew was great and I met lots of cool people. All of the athletes there are just amazing. Truly inspirational for so many different reasons. I was proud to be involved, if only as a jockstrapper. GO GINA! |

Comes in handy sometimes, lets you open files but not create new ones or make changes. These guys are amazing I can't believe the level of effort and mental strength they show in competing in this race. Gina Tom and Tony are my new heros |

| Master 2233 Mechanicsburg, PA | Subject: RE: Virginia Triple Iron Just a little update from the field... Tony is about 30-couple miles into the bike leg with Tom only a couple of miles behind him. Both are doing well and still smiling their way through their double-iron tri (five hours into their race). Gina is about 4 miles from the end of her first (of three) marathons and is still in a solid second place overall with a solid 22 mile lead over the next woman in the triple (She's 29 hours into her race). She's doing well too. Weatherman lied, it's not sunny, just 4000% humidity and overcast. Light breeze makes it feel good as well. That's all for now. -Frank |
