The final climb was into the village of La Croix Fry, I stayed in a tiny wooden chalet there one Winter with snow up to the windows, happy memories! Got my trainer ride done yesterday before work, I wasn't sure I would be able to complete the last 6 min interval (5 x 6 min at 105% FTP) but I did it so hoping this helps to get some speed back post-IM |
