We are in the middle of an Indian Summer so we will have some great training weather and are looking forward to running in the month of August. Mattie's goal is a little low but between school and after-school programs her time is a bit limited.
Didn't realise there was a Midwest Team so mattie and I am moving back to where we belong. Sorry for the confusion, I didn't read the whole spreadsheet when I signed us up earlier. Welcome to the Midwest Maniacs... |

So I ran 4.5 this morning, and I will try for another 3 or so this afternoon. I love this running weather! It's so nice to come back in from a run and not be an incredibly sweaty mess. |

| Iron Donkey 38643 , Wisconsin | Subject: RE: "Let's Get It Started" October Run Challenge 5.13 miles on our school metric track - ran a warmup lap at 2:35 (400 meters), then each successive lap was faster than the previous - 19th lap was at 1:40 and last lap, #20, was a cooldown at 2:35. Felt good! |
