After a 5k on Saturday and 12.7 miles yesterday I'm at 411 miles.  I was so tired yesterday but wanted to get an even 40 miles for the week.  Racing sure messes with the training schedule but it was a lot of fun.

I'm just passing the 170 mark for the year...volume is starting to slowly increase so I should be close to the bunny by mid-April or so.

Crossed over 400 miles today with a nice 11.5 mile run.  On the treadmill of course!  It will warm up soon.  Going to be in FL all next week, looking forward to some nice warm runs!

Decent week for me again. Its soo nice to get outside even though some of the runs were kinda cold. This week I'm going to start a HM training program so my mileage will slowly increase for the next few months! 26 more miles this week for a total of 218 1000-218=782 Left

Solid week for me...23.5 miles so I'm at 181 for the year now.  Slowly gaining on the little rabbit...

Great job Mary.  What marathon are you running?

I've got a marathon in two weeks too.  I've been building for it all winter.

The pace bunny is at 227.42 miles today. So how is everyone doing?

I see that some of our overachievers are overachieving away which is great. And then some of you are like me, a little behind but confident you will catch the bunny.

Just got back from the beach so those early morn runs watching the sunrise over the lagoon helped my mileage. I finally crossed the 200 mile mark and am at 202.6. Now that the weather has warmed up, I'm hoping to get my sorry butt out there more in the early mornings.

Good luck to both of you in your marathon!  The closest I come to completing a marathon is part of a relay team

Just checking in, hope everyone is keeping their mileage up and if the smow is keeping you indoors, get ready to make it up when the weather warms.

Nice work, all! And good luck on those marathons!

I'm at 892 and this will be my last big week (capped with a 10K race) before I begin to taper down a bit.

Looking forward to the recovery time.

Glad to have you here. The pace bunny is just a virtual concept of consistently doing 2.74 miles per day to get the 1000 miles per year. Periodically one person or another usually figures out where we should be and then we all can figure out if we are ahead or behind. I usually get behind and then have to run my legs off in the Fall to catch up.

Good luck to our of our marathoners!

I am at 304 miles for 2014 and only running a couple more miles in March. Will hit it hard in April, however, and then from here on out it's Ironman Training until November! Should easily hit my mileage this year.

An 8 mile run yesterday capped off March at 75 miles, including 25 this past week which is my biggest week in almost 4 years.  206 for the year, which puts me behind the little guy a bit but I'm starting to gain.

Great work everyone!  I am just a wee little bit shy of 175 miles for the year.  Happily plodding along.  I had a really good running week this week

I think quite truly for the first time I 'get it'. It's not just about the fitness. It's not just about the great little endorphin rush as you hit 5, 10, 15 miles...its not just the medal at the end.
