I see that some of our overachievers are overachieving away which is great. And then some of you are like me, a little behind but confident you will catch the bunny. Just got back from the beach so those early morn runs watching the sunrise over the lagoon helped my mileage. I finally crossed the 200 mile mark and am at 202.6. Now that the weather has warmed up, I'm hoping to get my sorry butt out there more in the early mornings. |

Glad to have you here. The pace bunny is just a virtual concept of consistently doing 2.74 miles per day to get the 1000 miles per year. Periodically one person or another usually figures out where we should be and then we all can figure out if we are ahead or behind. I usually get behind and then have to run my legs off in the Fall to catch up. Good luck to our of our marathoners! |
