Anybody know if Jeepfleeb made a Kona slot?

I'm headed to rolldowns now, but don't hold your breath.

But I am wishin' and hopin' for ya!  You've worked so hard for this!  You deserve more than you think you do!

CONGRATS to everyone who did IMAZ!!! Amazing race despite brutal conditions.

I feel tired today at work after watching broadcast for 8 hours yesterday ;-) We had it on a big screen TV all day, and kept checking on friends from Austin and BT.

Congrats to all the BT Ironmen and women out there!! What a tough day for all! WTG PirateGirl, revenge must feel sweet!

Congrats to Andy Clark (Clarkar12) as well who finished his first IM yesterday. Training through the winter in upstate NY and dealing with 95 degree temps I am sure was anything but comfortable! Nice job Andy!!!

I can't wait to start reading some race reports!!

The link to the left of track an athlete doesn't seem to match with the IMAZ finishers list.  There are people on the qualifying list who aren't on the AG list.

Worst race ever. But I made it in! The bike was horrible, and the first loop of the run the wheels fell off the wagon (puking a couple of times from the heat). Had to put the wheels back on the wagon, and the 3rd lap I was able to actually run between aid stations.

I'm glad that's over. Man, do I feel horrible.

Thanks so much for following online!

YEAH ELAINE!!!!!! You are an Ironman. I sit here crying for you this morning with hubby looking at me all silly. You did it. Way To Go.

awesome. We were talking about you and we were worried you were not going to finish.

Congrats to everyone who showed up, one and all. Regardless of what the day threw at you, you all deserve to feel great about your investment in yourselves. Second year in a row this course has earned respect by putting up some DNFs that must be tough to swallow and it was clearly not a day for PRs. You are all Ironmen!

RD at the breakfast/awards this morning said the DNF rate was 17.7%

3rd all time for NA Sports Ironmans.

It was tough but the top AG times weren't that much off from the previous years.
