I am in

I will do all three sports, here are my goals.

Run : 140 km (all outside in the cold )

Bike : 365 km I will put 13h30 instead since I can't really control the KM on the trainer.

Swim : 14000 meters

ok, so here are my goals, since Dec was a wash, i went to November, and here is what i need to do:

35 miles run

10,000 meters swim

4 hours on the Bike Drainer

This is shaping up to be a good challenge! Yay!

Everyone should be working on their goals by now. Unfortunately, due to my internet restrictions, I won't be able to get teams up until Sunday night (so you'll see them Monday morning).

REMEMBER: THE LAST DAY TO JOIN THIS CHALLENGE IS TODAY, JANUARY 2! That also means the last day to add new goals is today (if you want to go from one goal to three, say).

Please take this time to look over your goals, and make sure it will be a serious challenge for you to reach 100% in each one. You should aim to comfortably complete around 85-90%, and really dig deep to make it all the way to 100%. However, you also need to make sure it is within the realm of reality, as I will not accept downward adjustments after January 9th.

Im in for cycling....

December: 14 hours, 8 minutes =  848 minutes

January: 932 minutes (about 15.5 hours)

GULP...with a taper the end of the month  should be a good goal!!!

That is what this challenge is all about, to push the limits a little.  If you don't hit 100% not a big deal, as long as it wasn't easy to grasp what you set out to do.  Plus look at the bright side of things, if you don't get it this month then you know what to do for next month.

Plus I am in the same boad with swimming, so you are not alone with the doubt.

Hey Slugger, I was not on the computer until today since Dec 30th.
My goals are as follows.
Run - 30 miles
bike - 5 hours
Swim - 3 hours
Strength - 3 hours

Hey All, I'm back from vacation and must say we had a GREAT time!  I hope I'm not too late in getting my goals in...

Running: 45 miles

Swimming: 180 minutes/3 hours ~ since I didn't do any swimming in December and I will be focusing on drills I am using minutes.

Slugger...I updated my goals on the spreadsheet!
