In one of the mech engineering buildings at Florida they had a sign... "If you are here for the trains, you're in the wrong place". It was amazing how many people didn't get it. |

The mechanical engineer proudly claims, “God must be a mechanical engineer. Just look at all the pulleys and levers that drive the body, how the tendons and muscles and bones all work together... it's just amazing." The chemical engineer disagrees, saying, “No, God has to be a chemical engineer! Think of all the chemical processes that drive the body, how the hormones and the brain and the glands and everything else all interact, well, it's just astounding." The electrical engineer interrupts, “God has to be an electrical engineer. Consider all the circuitry of the body; how the thousands upon millions of nerve cells transmit signals from one part to another. It boggles the mind!" The civil engineer has been sitting quietly the whole time. “Well,” he says, as he finishes his drink, “you’re all wrong. God is definitely a civil engineer. Who else would run a waste pipe through a playground?” |

I think that's pretty universal...
