Doesn't LFF have a 30 minute limit on the cardio machines you cardio hog?!

Seriously, dude, very impressive! I have never been able to gut out more than 2 hours on a treadmill and usually can only last 1 hour.

3 hours on a treadmill, call Guinness book of world records. You may have beaten the record for shear boredom. I hope there was something good on the TV

Sticking with my "flat races only" credo and running at Disney.  Ran recovery too fast last night.

BTW, I totally zone out when I run, on the treadmill or outside.
