Ditto.  Happy Father's Day to all of you guys.  I'll be spending it with my kids and maybe getting a ride in with my son this afternoon.  Enjoy the day.

Happy Fathers day to all the daddies out there....My dads idea of the perfect fathers day is eating Mexican food and watching the final round of the US Open on my big screen TV....

I'd rather have blunt objects shoved through my eye sockets than watch golf on TV, my day looks like it's going to be Batman Begins with the kids then 30-40 miles on the bike (Go 'Boners). May try to work that Mexican in there somewhere, though.

Mmm... Mexican sounds good. Have to agree with Bear on the TV Golf, though.

Probably Steaks on the Grill with my in-laws if the weather holds out. And some more hobbling around on these @#$! crutches.

But the kids are being very, very helpful, and that makes me glad to qualify for "honor" on this day.

Maybe I'll hobble out and let them ride around some.

I think they're going to get me some bike stuff instead of a tie this year!

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY EVERYBODY!!!

My dad is having the perfect Father's Day. He, my mom and 2 other couples chartered a catamaran off St. Lucia and are island hopping for 10 days. Uhhh, I think that's a slightly better gift than my cheesey hallmark card.

I am having a great Father's day so far. we went to the Tri Club Beginner's race this morning. I had a great swim, a really good bike and when I got back to T2 my daughter said she wanted to run with me. How cool is that? She really doesn't like to get sweaty so this was a big deal for her. We ran together for a little under a half mile then went back. Because we cut the run short we finished first. She was stoked. After we got a drink, she reached in her pocket and gave me a rock for winning the race
We are now heading over to the LBS where Happycow is looking at getting a new bike. Throw in a Carne Asada burrito and this will be the perfect day.
Have a good one guys!

Happy fathers day all you dads. My two daughters made me pancakes this morning, I got a nice sleeveless high visibility jersey (plus an assortment of homemade art), did a 45 mile bike/3 mile run brick, sat and watched the Red Sox win handily, then had takeout chinese (an occasional indulgence).  It's good to be the dad!
