Good Morning, and welcome to Hump Day. What is on your schedule for today? Running day for me.

4:50 am - Wake up
5:00 am - Hit the bricks running, 3.5 miles today. Kept a good pace. I have to up the mileage in the next month in preparation for a 1/2 Mary on Thanksgiving weekend. I gotta try to beat my sister.

I hope that you enjoy whatever the day has in store for you.

Morning early birds!!!

4:15am: warm up
4:30am:  35 minutes of incline repeats on the TM
5:15am:  Insanity Cardio Circuit followed by Cardio Abs

Today is my Friday!  Load the bus tomorrow at 9am with my team, nine hour bus trip to get to Divisionals!  Yaaaay for uninterrupted reading time!!!

Hump day! MCM this weekend so easy peasy 4 miles today and some core. Otherwise, thinking about food pretty much constantly. Worst part of tapering for me is not running as much but being as hungry as if I was!

Good luck at the XC meet, Kim. You must have quiet runners--nine hours on a bus with my elementary kids would equal ringing ears and one giant migraine!

5 AM (Ugh! Ugh!) 40 minutes easy run. I think I've learned to sleep while running!

PM: 1 hour ride (31km) including 2 X 15 minutes @ 90-95%. Tough and sweaty. 25  minutes strength training.

More than ready for bed now!

Still trying to get over this latest resurgence of typhoid, but did about 10 minutes of stretching today. Maybe some light indoor cycling tomorrow.

First run in about 3 weeks or so since I my minor injury.

2 miles felt pretty good actually, except for the knees, but that's because of the shoes.  I'm looking at getting some new ones since the Newtons should have hit the expiration point by now.

Still have the "dog foot" but I managed about 3 run/walk miles.

First run in 6 weeks !!  Feeling better !!

I did 2000 in the pool at lunch, followed by a 7 mile run after work. Was planning on watching a baseball game tonight...I guess this means I have to catch up on what's on the DVR.

Spped work this morning and a race distance swim at noon. Not the best time for the college pool, too many people and I ended sharing a lane with a guy much faster than me working on his backstroke to I was constantly dodging him.

3.5 (freezing) miles. I was disappointed to find that the temperature was only 44 (not lower), but the wind was gusting to 22, so I guess that's what made it cut through to the bone.

Snow/ice just three hours west of here. :D Just a little (cold) light rain off and on here.

Only a little jealous. I was thinking of running in the snow tonight. The little bit of rain we got felt so cold, I tried to imagine it was really snow. lol
