Hey guys! Let's have 'em! Should be a big month being middle of the year.

Swim: 5h 54m 41s - 16960.4 Yd
Bike: 25h 15m 02s - 422.44 Mi
Run: 13h 37m 49s - 85.5 M

Biggest bike volume month for me this year and maintained good run volume. My swim fell off a bit again but my swim fitness is still okay. I'm now tapering down for Vineman 70.3 which happens in less than 2 weeks. O_O

Have a great day!

This is the first month I've had enough exercise in all 3 categories to join this thread! So I'm thrilled with that.

First tri is planned for Aug 10, so hopefully July will be even better!

swim 4h 57m - 9250.00 Yd
bike 7h 55m 07s - 106.35 Mi
run 11h 53m 33s - 56.49 Mi
sport 1h 20m (walking days after my half marathon)

Swim: 10h41m, 45,975y
Bike: 36h7m, 924mi
Run: 19h59m, 158mi

Number were a little low since I had an "A" race the first week and then lighter training load in a "transition period". My last 2 build periods for the season started at the end of June and goes through July. All downhill after Aug 6th! Otherwise still on track for a good result in my first full IM in Sept.

Cannot believe some of the bike numbers some of you put up. Unreal. What's your FTP/kg?

A down month for me.... starting the month with two events with lots of travel time within the first two weeks meant several missed workouts. Still, it's better than what I was doing this time last year.

Swim: 7h 27m 25s - 27520.45 Yd

Bike: 16h 30m 08s - 274.4 Mi    (all trainer, minus 18 miles for one race)

Run: 9h 07m 53s - 59.9 M

It has been tough to get much volume in this month with an Olympic Tri, a 5-mile trail race, two 5k's and a marathon.  I'm still getting sessions in but they are shorter with more intensity.   Would like to get more swim/bike volume but without an "A" race tri on the horizon running is taking more priority.

Swim: 3h 41m 21s - 13500 Yd

Bike: 7h 25m 58s - 148 Mi

Run: 17h 44m 18s - 122.57 Mi

Should have been a bit more running but banged up my knees tripping over my own feet and had to take last week off; slowly getting back to it. Lots of biking the past few weeks as home in Oregon with beautiful roads, bike trails, and people to ride with. Heading to Vancouver, BC and Hawaii for about two weeks in July so probably more of a run and swim focus then. Just enjoying summer and getting ready for an Oly at end of July.

Good month of Tri Training for this kid. Fell a bit short on the bike but managed solid run and swim volume. 30 days of training with at least 1 run per day and a swim on most days.

All run and bike outside, all swims in the ocean. LOVE Summer training.

Look at all those kick-a$$ numbers!  Way to go, everybody!!  My numbers are way lower, but I still gotta brag a little.

Swim: 7,550 yds

Bike: 8:03:22   107.51 mi.

Run:  5:01:41   26.48 mi.d

To put this in a little context, between June 2012 and March 2014, I couldn't run or bike at all and could only walk for ~15 min.  Starting in Spring 2013, I managed to swim maybe 1x/week for about 800 yds with a pull buoy (no kicking at all ever).  I'm pretty amazed with and really proud of myself.  Heck, I ran a marathon this month!

June was a pretty good training month. Started a much more intense program and I'm seeing some great results already. Unfortunaly, all the training was done on a Navy ship so that means treadmill, spin-bike, and no swimming. A few runs outside on the flight deck were alright but that's not always open for running. Can't wait to get back and swim/bike/run outside!

Swim: I wish... Some band training was all.
Bike: 19h 19m 39s - 516.6 Mi
Run: 19h 05m 03s - 136.23 Mi

Month after IMTX, so I was still recovering the first week. I took easy the rest of the month as well to make sure I stay injury free and fully recover before starting ramping up volume and intensity again.

I'm new to this thread, but I'll play.

June was a big month for me, with IMMT less than 7 weeks away by the end. In looking back over past years, this is my highest volume month ever.

Swim: 12h 07m - 28731.41 Yd
Bike: 25h 33m - 360.29 Mi
Run: 15h 46m - 85.30 Mi

This includes a full marathon race/training day on Father's Day. I expect my July numbers will be higher as I have a 70.3 prep race in 9 days; then my final big training push to the end of the month before taper begins in August!
