all3sports has a crazy deal on the 06 Seduza ($1000 off). I'm thinking about getting one. This year is my first year doing tris and I have 3 planned.

Originally, I was going to wait until after my first year to buy a tri bike. However, I have a feeling that if I wait a year from today, the 07 Seduza's wont be quite the discount.

What do you guys think?

I have the money.

go for it!  (I did).  I bet there will be some good deals this time next year, but I decided to pull the trigger now for the 07 season.  Another evil angel for your other shoulder.

I say do it! I'm also seriously considering a Seduza. I almost cried when I saw that all3sports only has it in M and L, and I need a S. That said, a S at TriSports isn't too much more - $2,200. I just wish the BT discount applied to QR bikes - then that would be the sweetest deal on the planet. If anyone knows of anything cheaper than TriSports for a S frame, please let me know!

If you're wanting a M frame and aren't opposed to eBay - there's a new one listed for $1,500. However, I might be a little cautious about that kind of eBay purchase.

Oh go for it!  I love my Tequilo best thing I ever bought.

Plus the design of the 06 is sooo much nicer then the 07 designs!

People have said that you would be VERY hard pressed to find a better bike for the money in the world than $2k seduza.  I tend to agree with them.

I picked mine up last Tuesday - no regrets - I could not let the deal pass. The '07 retails for $3K and the only difference is the paint job. Seemed like a no brainer for me.

Does the bike fit correctly?  If so, and you have the money and it will make you ride more (the riding more will make you faster more than the more expensive bike alone will) then seriously consider it?  What type of bike do you have now- if it's a mountain bike or a hybrid, then especially go for it?

So you're asking a bunch of crack addicts if you should get a dime rock?

C'mon, some of us can utilize self control and maturity, and give the poster common sense advice.

If you have the money, I think you should sock it away in the investment vehicle of your choice and save it for retiremen...

..AAAAAGGGHHHH, fock that, GET THE BIKE!!!!

The Sedusa is on sale for a mighty good price and you have the money.  Buy it!  Buy it now!  Do not wait any longer ... do not hesitate!  BUY IT RIGHT AWAY!  If you don't, you will regret it for the rest of your life ....
