Subject: 20-wk HIM training plan: rest days??Following the other thread on the beginner HIM training plan, I've got a question on the (non-beginner ) 20-week HIM plan: where are all the rest days??? Is it intentional that there's only one rest day in the first and third months? Or are we meant to shuffle workouts in order to take our weekly rest day and still get in all the runs, swims, bikes, etc.
And, more generally, what have people thought of this plan? I'm going to use it (starting in a couple of weeks ) to train for the Big Kahuna HIM in September, and am wondering if anyone has tips, suggestions, words of caution... Thanks! |
