Wondering who is in for the 1/2, Full, and/or the Goofy, as well as your goal.

This was my first marathon (01/08/06, PR: 4:16:22) and I loved it. Excellent event and really caters to the athlete. Decided to do it again next year with a sub-4 goal.

See ya' there!

Cappy

Me and 4 family members in for the full.  Hopefully I won't limp for 21 miles, come in close to 6 hours and ruin any chance of running for 4 months this time...that can only happen once, right?

I'm in for the full mary.  Will be my first one.  Goal is in the 3:30 area... haven't really nailed it down yet.  Got a half in October up here that should give me a better idea of where I'll be time-wise

I feel your pain, brutha.  I'm in for Goofy, plus contemplating the 5k Fun Run which, I think, is on Friday.  Nothing like scooping 4 medals in a weekend to validate your insanity.

I was thinking the same thing too.   What's another 3 miles when you're already running 39

Alright, I decided to pony up and register for the 5k.  The website said that the race is 65% full so you have some time to make up your mind.

I'm in for the full...running it with the Long Island Chapter of Team In Training so I can reach a goal and help people at the same time(feel free to click the link below...yes, that was a shameless plug). I'm shooting for a race that qualifies me for Boston, so sub-3:10...sub-3 is my dream goal.

In for the 1/2.  Wanted to do goofy but missed the cutoff and my coach thinks its bad idea for me anyway as I willl probably do IMFL in 08 with my history of running injuries.

Good luck to everyone who is racing!

I'm in for the half ... this is about my 10th time doing either the half or the full. Such a great time. I'll be the one straggling over the finish line about 2 seconds before the cutoff.
