  • Comments: I enjoyed the race; i knew that I would have to race hard to make the podium. I finished second to the person who I expected to and ended up beating someone who I expected to beat me all based upon my ride. This is likely the last race for 2011

  • Comments: Great race! Loved the course. Only 360 participants. Had a great time and can't wait to do it again next year!

  • Comments: The race itself was great. But I doubt I'd do this again. There are just too many people for a pool swim. The first person started at 0730, and some people had start times that weren't until within 5 minutes of 10am. That and if I'm going to pay to stay in a hotel, or drive 90+ minutes, I'll want a longer race.

  • Comments: I did this race last year as my first tri ever and shaved 9 minutes off my time from last year. I plan on making this a must do every year. Volunteers were great, great cause, and a great course.

  • Comments: Great event for a first-timer, given the relatively short-distance pool swim format. Nice swim venue and course layout, great turnout and encouragement from volunteers and residents in the neighborhoods all along the run route. Well-run event and a lot of fun! I think I'm hooked!

  • Comments: This was my first triathlon and I had a great time! I'll definitely do more. I beat my goal for time, and my other goal was to have a good time and enjoy the experience, which I did. Looking forward to the next one.
