For every TAN there is an equal and opposite TAN?

Agreed!

Is it too late to ask about fun weekend plans? I'm hoping for a good bike ride, open water swim, and maybe a trail run if I have enough time.

Short run tonight, then drinks at the local bar.  Long run tomorrow & maybe a swim in the lake if I'm not going to freeze off various body parts by doing so, then off to Whizzzz's place for bbq and more drinks.  Then the Udder Century on Sunday.  I wish it was warm enough here to get some beach time - I be jealous.

Happy Sunday friends!

Heading out for a 6ish mile run after coffee. I don't start marathon training for another week but trying to keep some semblance of a long run on Sundays until then. Gloriously, I have no other plans today as I missed church and Brian is at a golf tournament out of town all day. Will probably finish my book and walk the dog. My life
