Rain, icy rain, snow, more icy rain on top and then snow to hide all the ice but not enough to cushion a fall! Did they ever mention the big ice storm in québec in 1998 in your part of Canada?...the one where electrical power was out for 3 weeks (and we are in the middle of WINTER)?
