Wiggled my tush for a 30-minute run.

Gonna try the magic trainer butt-and-pedal wiggle for 45 minutes soon.

What are you wiggling today?

No wiggling here, I'm an uptight stiff.

AM: 70 min on the treadmill, warm-up, 6 x 5 min w/2 min recovery.  Paced at about what a solid tempo of this length would be.  Trying to be smart building back up after having calf trouble earlier in the summer.

PM: May do a shorter easy run if I get the urge, but otherwise take it easy.

Tempted to wiggle school lifeguards' butts over hot coals. It was just decided that this year the pool would close at 5, since they want go home at 5, which means my swim time is down to 45 minutes two days a week. Luckily there is a also 3-hour time on Sat. so assuming they don't flake out I can still do longer stuff then.  (Also some chance to use health club pool but not dependable as there is no lap swim time/lane there.)

In pool at 4:15; swam 2600 meters in ensuing time (not a whole lot of stopping): 1500 pace swim, 100 easy, 3 X 100 kick, 100 IM (no rest), 300 pull with paddles breathing 3,5,7,9 by 25;s, 100m warmdown. Pretty much no stopping. Yanti could have done 5000 or something but I was pretty pleased with my 2600 (actually had about 2 min left to stretch at end).

Said lifeguards (without whom no one is allowed to swim) left at 4:30 to play soccer, leaving colleague and I to swim or drown. Tempted to keep going to 5:30, but afraid I'd get in trouble with principal as he kept wandering in and out. Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!

Wiggled my way out the door and out for a 4.75 mile run at a 9:12 pace. It was a beautiful morning too, finally a break from the horrible humidity we've had. Nice cool temp, little breeze, nice sunrise.

I wiggled around in the pool early this morning for 2000 yds.:  300 w/u, 1500 of intervals of random, varying length, 200 c/d.  Working on breathing on both sides instead of only the right.  The body, and the bronchial tubes, just didn't want to work well.  Oh well--it happens.

Tonight:  Hill repeats on the TM and ST

Have a great day!

You all inspired me to wiggle some extra out of my interval ride yesterday. Determined to wiggle a little closer up behind my very talented AG competitor on the bike in the end of the year sprints.  Not much wiggle room left for anything other than a low intensity brick after work today. Easy hour spin followed by a 30 minute run.

Wiggle on ........

My  non-wiggling butt slept in until 9:30am...but then I wiggled!  30 minute hill repeats and then Cardio Power & Resistance.  Now my wiggling butt is heading to the pool with my girlies for the rest of the day!  Gonna get the doggies out for a walk later tonight so their butts can wiggle too!

Considering I'm still a little bit sore from Crossfit on Saturday, I'd say I'm currently more of a waddler... Waddled out a short swim/run brick this morning and going for a 45 mile ride tonight.

Wiggled a 6.2 mile run this morning sucking our 87% humid air for hydration.  Then wiggled out a 4,500M swim workout.  First time in the pool in a couple of weeks.
