I've met quite a few BT'ers, including the two of you right before you got married. 

I'm also married to a BT'er, but we were married long before either of us was on BT. 

Easily have met 100s of BTers. Traveled 1000s of miles to spend time and watch several of them race.

Met #1 (Tri Take Me Away) at the BT house for IM Florida in 2007. 

I've met a handful of BTers, and some former TNOers who are now (sporadic) BTers. I know far more folks from (the old) Runner's World Forums (most of us left them in 2006, after The Change :p). I've met probably more than 100 of them, and some I've known for well over a decade. We travel to races, hang out, talk regularly.

Never married any of them, though ;-)

My husband and I were married LONG before BT, but here we are at the Gator Bait Tri.

My husband paced a marathon for Ironultrared and she and I have become very close friends since then!  

I have met up with multiple BT buddies IRL:

DanielG and I met at a half mary and have been buds ever since

Artemis, enders_shadow an I all live fairly close and have met up IRL several times, usually post race but also with tri club swims and other things. mehaner , sk2a2005 and a few others in the Williamsburg area.....wurkit_gurl stayed with me for a race a few years ago.

tinkerbeth stayed with me and did a half mary with me a few years ago

max came here to do a 10K with me and stayed at the house

My last trip to NY for a race I met up with my "BT husband"  dexter and  "BT run coach" kenj

I met handbone at a half mary in Georgia 2010

my daughter (miss thing) has a BT account but hasn't logged here in forever cause she would rather do show choir/ dancing thaan running.

I met up with verga, rectri and kidtri33 at a race this year.

On a related note, if you are doing the Chicago Marathon, please consider a meetup at my place after the race...love meeting BTers!

I have been lucky enough to meet a few BT'er in person and they are great people. I talk to a few BT'ers every day over texts or facebook I just wish everyone lived closer so I could see them more often.
