Subject: February Peach Challenge!

For the month of February, it's all about Peach boxes on your calendar.  If you have not noticed, when you post a workout, the box for the day turns peach. 

The goal is 100% Peach for 28 days.  Below is my peachy December....be warned peaching can be addictive   Keep in mind every day does not need to Tri-specific training; walking the dog, going for a hike, weight training, etc....count as Peach boxes.  The only rules, MOVE everyday!!  Let me know if you are interested.

I'm in for Feb.  I had sort of a melt down in Dec and Jan. Way to much "stuff" going on.

New month, let's go for it. Hopefully it will help my mood and get me out of this funk.
