Kick butt next month. Looks like our team did pretty darn good anyway!

I am getting another session in today during my conference call. If I can't go out and enjoy the day, I'll have to do it inside.

With tonight’s run, I will reach 100% or more of my goal.
I am done swimming for September. I reached 75% of my goal. I overestimated the total minutes but I got in 3x a week.

Looking forward to October. I will be doing a special boot camp for October so I will have to re-do my whole workout schedule and what discipline to drop for the month. I am making too much progress in swimming to drop that. I run 4x a week so I may drop to 3x.

Did a short run today to test my foot, so officially got to 93%, and only 4.4 miles off my 70 mile goal.  I'm pretty happy with that.

swim calories burned

For those who wear a hrm during swimming, how many calories do you burn on average for a 39 minute or an hour swim?
How much do you burn per 109 yards?
How much does it differ when it's a easy, moderate or hard swim?

The boat was being tossed around. Someone noted that there were whitecaps on the waves. Another guy said, “This is going to be challenging.” I began to wonder what he meant by 'challenging'.
