Run : 140 km (all outside in the cold )

Bike : 365 km

Swim : 14000 meters

I'd like to join in on this since I need to get my butt back to the pool. The goal is 20 swim sessions in January. That seems momentous considering I went all of 2 times in December, but heck, everyone gets an off month! Also, 12 strength sessions as well.

I'm in.  These are bumped up a lot more than 10% since I was lazy slob the last two months!  Please add me to Kristin and Beth's group if there is room.  Goals are:

 Swim: 10,000 yards

 Bike: 8 hours

 Run: 50 miles

 Strength: 4 hours

While I'm still working on actual numbers, I've decided to throw swimming in the mix ~ I didn't even look at a pool in December!  Plus, can I be on the same team as Erica (ebshot)...pretty please!!

When it comes to training, the past couple months have been beyond pitiful.  So, definitely count me in!!! Smile

This might be a little lofty, but my goals are....

Swim: 8,000 yards
Bike: 10 hours
Run: 60 miles

Please put me down for 2 goals- running 70 miles (yikes, but I'm doing the Hyannis half too) and swimming for 370 minutes- I know this seems like an odd goal but I am just hoping to increase my swim time each week rather than going for distance with sloppy form.

This sounds awesome!  I've been doing something similar, but this plan is way better than what I've been doing!

Yes, I relish the attention.  I was practically ostracized from all the different groups when I was a kid and am making up for it now.   I have never been very good at succombing to peer pressure or conforming to other people's expectations.  Tongue out

OKay, so I've got my plan for January loosely mapped out (see all the yellow squares in my calendar)
With that plan in mind....  here are my goals...
Run = 18 mi
Bike = 4 trnr sessions
(I'd do miles, but still need to set up my cptr)
Swim = 6,ooo yds.
Strength = 6 sessions
(there's the real challenge for me)
Ski = 7 days

I suppose I'll be starting this afternoon.
