Chase the police tri, Walker MN

nice relaxed tri, worried about the late start time with the heat but we got lucky (it starts at 9am)

Race Report from Brewhouse yesterday. It was definitely nice to have a run in the upper 60s for temp instead of the 85-95 degrees that we have been dealing with all summer.

Here's my report from my first ever tri --YWCA Women's Sprint yesterday at Lake Nokomis.

My partner yelled "HTFU, lady! hit the bike!" at me as I was coming out of the swim, which was great.  And I kept thinking "Bite off more than you can chew and C H E W  I T!" as I ran. Very helpful stuff that I've gotten from BT. 

And it was especially great to run into BT'ers (and LUNA Chix) after the race!
