Longest Swim : 2 miles open ocean...long story...Im a scuba instructor (does it count if you have a regulator on your mouth and a tank on your back) without equipment....1 mile Longest Bike: 100 miles-Ride for the Roses-Austin TX 2003, 2004 (70 miles in 2005) Longest Run: YESTURDAY 16 miles (I guess you could call that a run/walk/stumble) Getting ready for the San Diego Marathon And to think...7 years ago...I weighed 380lbs and walking around the block was a major effort  Life is truly good!!! |

Swim: 3 miles (yes, 3 miles!) in Lake Aurther my Jr. year of high school..was a TON of fun Bike: 80 miles one day, 150 total for 2 days (owwieee) in the MS 150 last year Run: 13.1 miles in the Connemara Half Marathon about 3 weeks ago (and was one of the best runs of my life in terms of speed, form, and overall go-get-it!) |

Remember i am yet to be a tri finisher so officially run 6K (i think i did 10 in highschool but not exact record) bike: 1 hour and a half swim: 5K (5000 meters that's 200 laps) yup 3 hours in the pool...gess what is my sports background  i am hoping to be as perseverant in the other 2 sports and add respectable distances to my logs. For now i will look at yours and hope! Keep inspiring me |

Swim: OW - 1 mile across the lake, pool 6000yds am wo, 4000yds pm (high school team Christmas break insanity) Bike: 34 miles...going up this summer. Run: 6.3 miles...going up this month. Those swim team wo's are long behind me. So Fresh So Clean...that 100/100/100 workout had to be a grinder! |

I had to have someone come get me in a car. I could not run for a month. Last year. Just did my longest, non injury run of 10 miles on Saturday. Swim - 8300 meters staight in a pool (5 miles plus a 50). Did this in the Decemeber swim challenge. I sorta got carried away with some smack talkin. Bike - About 30 miles on my mountain bike, last year. I don't have a road bike yet. |

OK - as a newbie clydesdale, I chime in here: Swim: ~1-mi (back in mid-90's when I was training to be a lifeguard) Bike: Modern era - 18-mi (I know I did about 25-30 back when I was a kid for the local Lion's Club Bike-A-Thon...that was on a 1-speed BMX bike too ). I really gotta get out there and do some longer rides. Run: 4.5-mi this past week. Before this Feb, I had never run more than 1.5-mi at a time. Now I'm religously running 30-45-min w/o's at a 9-10 min/mi clip. I'm psyched! |

Swim 3500m at the pool as part of my HIM training Bike 75km last week as part of my HIM training (in 3 hours but there was factors like hills, wind, slower cyclists taking all the path, red lights, pedestrians... Run 17km last month as part of my HIM training. Hope I'll be able to put the 3 sports togheter and finish that HIM!!! |
