jazz82482 - 2009-06-21 2:52 PM Lilia (devotchka) had an awesome bike split, moving up to 15th! And, she's a runner- she's done a 3:10 marathon, so she'll be able to track down the girls in front! Go Lilia!!!

Go Lilia!!!  Seattle is cheering you on!!

Colorado is watching you too! I know you can bridge the gap on the run!! GO!

Running is definitely the hardest for her.  She's doing great so far!!

Hiya peeps...I have decided that Idaho is freakin cold-even in late June.  My fingers are frozen, so forgive typos.  Saw Tobin at 2pm in t2! I saw Pam in t2 not long after tobin.  Saw Collin (new bter) and then saw Doug. yay!  He looks great and is smiling-such a great sight to see him have a good race.  Keep your fingers crossed that he holds on through the run and finishes strong.

Haven't seen steve or mike since pre-swim...hoping to see them on the last part of the run.

Hot shower and then back out there.  Whooohooooo!

Edited because my brain is also frozen.  And in case no one has mentioned it, the bike course was SUPER windy.

Wish we could hear more crowd hooop-la though... it's like they have a direct feed from Mike's microphone and the music and that's it.

She's really battled a lot of run injuries. Right now she is pacing exactly like she did in her long runs with the run walk combo. Smart!!! She should finish strong by keeping to the plan!

Brent and Jim both had solid bikes of 5:40 and 5:38 respectively. Brent's through 7.5 miles running a 7:29. That might be hard to hold. Jim's through 7.5 at 8:00 pace and he can hold that and maybe pick it up. I'm thinking they both are looking at 10:15-10:30 crossings.
