Subject: RE: 2009 Total Training Thread!I think I've got about 50% logged for the year, so # are probably double, at least in the core run/bike/swim. Coming back after a 2 year illness and having to relearn to run/bike/swim (hell, I had to relearn to walk this year ), I was pretty happy with the progress. I'd like to see 2000 miles on the bike, 350 running and at least 150000 yd in the water. I'll try to do a better job with logging this year.
