Squeal!! I'm really, really thinking about going. It's a nice little expo, actually the first one I ever went to before I began this crazy triathlon journey. Plus it's free, ya get a swag bag and a chance to win Norma-Tech recovery boot system. |

I've decided to incorporate a trip to Bonzai where I got Rico into this adventure since they are about 25 minutes apart and coincidently that was the weekend I had bookmarked to take him to get looked at. I'm thinking about dropping him off that week, then going back down the next weekend to pick him up and get re-fit. Nice timing! My back is much better, just a bit stiff now and no more spasms since Monday so I'm going to give it a go. It's going to be on national television - well the weather girls coming - and a few Olympians are in it so should be cool. They're just waiting to see if the cyclone up North disrupts things, I'll have to check it out in the morning. |
