Wow, this is perfect.  My goal was to work on the bike and swimming specifically this winter.  Thanks for organizing this Jorge.

I'll be using my trainer and RPE.

May I join, too? Cold weather officially arrived today, snow tonight, and I would appreciate the guidance while on the trainer.
Thanks!

I will be using my HRM if that is ok? Oh and which excerise bike do I use at the gym? They have an up right one and a one that you sit down with your legs in front of you instead of below you.

Sign me up. My only restriction is a Full Marathon on 1/18/09 which will require a taper and recovery, but I can commit to the rest of the time. It will be my first full mary and it will be a just to finish only. It would be really good to be better on the bike.

Thanks so much for doing this Jorge!  This plan seems custom made for me.  I have a marathon on Nov 15 and my plan after that is bike focus as I gear up for IM CdA.

So, count me in for the HR monitor/RPE group!
