I don't know if I could do the Insanity thing - I'd always find something I'd rather be doing if it were completely left up to me getting a workout done at home.

The evil trainer dude wanted to know if I would be coming in for a workout  the week after B2B... Um... no.  No, I'm not.  He's also informed me that we're going to have a GREAT time focusing on squats and lunges and the like.  Yay?

Hey hey hey.  None of this hot body/sexxeh talk.  Stick to food and swimming and IM!

I'll be having soup again.  BUT, i figured out why it tastes SOOOO good.  2 cups of the potato and bacon is 850 calories.  The clam chowder is 760 and even the tomato is 650.  The grocery deli is WAY liberal with the cream in there soups...

Until you do 4, talk to the hand!  1 fake, 3 real...

HOWEVER, I thought I wasn't going to ever do one, but the bug is sniffing and ready to bite.  Probably just another fakie though.

One of my company's employees from the UK officially moved here, so we had a lunch for her featuring large amounts of barbecue ribs and chicken.  It's going to be a rough afternoon.

KidoJim would you travel to Wisconsin? There is talk of a clique gathering for 2015. It's either that or IMCHOO for me, I have a bit of time to decide.

Probably, if it's a properly organized thing like Chi a couple years ago...

The recent ones seem to be a little impromptu or limited.  I would have like to go to the marathon last weekend but wasn't sure if it was an open invite or just participants/jockstrappers.

What's the occasion?  Something big going on in 2015?

I would hold off on Choo Choo until you hear some reviews on it, if you can.  I've never been to Chattanooga, but I've heard that the area isn't all that great to visit (words from my GF... perhaps she was just consoling me on missing out on signing up for 2014).

I definitely would like to do MOO in '15.  I'm not going longer than 70.3 next year, and may not go longer than OLY (though, I do love the 70.3 distance).

Ok, it's just kinda wrong that it is now in terms of "next Saturday" and not "in a few weeks" or "next month".

It's HERE!!

Just an opportunity to gather, I think. I'm not doing an IM next year and I think others are already booked for others. Could be fun!

Jim, if you're looking for a fakey one for next year, I think Tony is considering the Redman full?

From what I understand... there's a few people (me included!) thinking of Moo for '15 just because.

Training our bodies to work efficiently in Zone 2 will help us keep our HR and pace even throughout an Ironman. This theory would hold true for the bike and run portion of an Ironman race.
