I did a hard 6 miles New Yrs Eve. Weather was sloppy, cold freezing rain mixed with snow. I was going to do the bike trainer on the 1st, but saw the wind had shifted...logged onto the surf cam and that was it. I put on my wetsuit and drove to the beach. Clean waist to head high+.
It still beats a swim workout, I tend to paddle harder and push myself to get beyond the break. I swam yesterday and my arms were still sore. |
