IM Cozumel

Go Kraig!  I remember riding with him in the spring this year and he was not feeling it.  Lots of descipline to hold off and peak for IM.  I was impressed because I know he is going to rip up the bike split.

I don't know Troy but Kraig I have seen go from avg when I met him 2-3 years ago to very fast and strong.  Prediciting an amazing first IM and can't wait to follow along on Sunday.

Phat - I'm with you yesterday - I was glued to the computer watching IMAZ - that Chrissie is in a class all her own and thrilling to watch!  Hope Cozumel is as fun to watch.  Anyone know what pros are participating?

Two other local athletes are racing at IM COZ. Jennifer Vogel (who is one of my athletes and our Massage Therapist at The Sport Factory) and her husband Lane are racing. Jennifer is going for a Kona slot in the 30-34 AG.

I'm super excited about this race.  We are staying in Atlanta tomorrow so we don't have to worry about driving from Augusta to catch our flight on Wed.

Good luck to all the Georgia athletes towing the line in Cozumel. I hope you have the race you're hoping for.

Kraig - it really is awesome to have watched you gain all that speed and strength over the last few years. Know that you are ready for the race. Have some fun out there; and adapt to whatever the day brings you! Good luck!
