Well,I'm 70-80k on bike, so I think that's right about now, based on her bike start and the 21km/hr figure someone offered as a projection. My daughter remembered her in our bedtime prayers tonight.

Apparently it's been raining on the course. The rain has now stopped but the wind has picked up and the temperature has dropped. She just has to get to about 160k and then its all down hill and flat.

My stupid PC won't load pics so I haven't been able to change mine YET - so if I'm first up on the run, I'd better plan for 8 hour finish (would rather run longer than miss her) and we all know the times aren't posted timely (is that bad grammar?). So I'll be up at 4 but don't think I'll be posting....

ok got picture changed - now just need her Yantiness to arrive so we can RUN!!!!

If we are working on 8.5 hours on the bike she should be with 40k of transition now, only 20k more of hills before she hits the downhill and flat section.
