Greetings everyone!

How did your training in April go? I wish I didn't catch this really bad cold that put me down from training for a week and a half. At least it got me during a recovery period but still, I wasn't able to do any workouts. Doh! >.<

Swim: 1h 36m 31s - 4445.61 Yd
Bike: 11h 49m 03s - 193.49 Mi
Run: 7h 20m 43s - 41.82 Mi

I think I still kept up with my March totals though.

Really hope I can have a solid training block the next 10 weeks leading up to Vineman 70.3 this coming July.

=^.^=

Swim: 10h 40m - 35000 M
Bike: 13h 30m 47s - 433.05 KM
Run: 17h 57m 48s - 201.38 KM

Swim numbers might not be right, they don't get auto uploaded so I'm not so diligent there.  Still haven't been able to get outside for a ride!

Good month of training for me. Not quite as much swimming as I'd like due to a couple of pool closures.

Swim 9h30m39s (32,125m)
Bike 23h56m20s (I know, should have done an extra 3:40. Just not OCD enough!)
Run: 20h51m33s

Starting taper now for HIM next week, and then planning to take a few weeks off, aside from maybe some easy swimming, so May won't be nearly as impressive!
